Dr Robyn White graduated from the University of Newcastle in 2003. After her internship and residency she trained in general practice and became a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.
She has more than 15 years of general practice experience, including work with the Australian Defence Force and in Aboriginal communities. That background gives her a practical understanding of the health needs of different populations and how care has to fit around real lives.
Dr White has a particular interest in primary care for long-term conditions and in women's health. She focuses on prevention, early detection and steady management of chronic conditions so patients can manage their health over the long term.
