Veterans and DVA
Dr Sajid Siddiqi served as GP and Senior Medical Officer with the Australian Defence Force from 2013 to 2020, including at Holsworthy Barracks. He now completes DVA claims and permanent impairment assessments in the practice. Gold Card holders are bulk billed on weekdays.

An approved Yellow Fever vaccination centre with the certificate issued on the day, plus pre-travel consultations, destination vaccines and malaria prevention. Book six to eight weeks before you fly.
